Scheduling Your Visit

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and technician. Appointments can be made online or by calling (281) 974-2828. Walk-ins are always welcome on a first-come, first-served basis.

Group reservations of 4+ guests must be made by phone. Please share each guest's desired services when booking.

Regular Appointments

No deposit required. Most appointments at Gloss are deposit-free — just book online or call and you're all set.

We simply ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer your time to another guest. No fees, no penalties.

Deposits — Master Tech & Groups

Deposits are only required for Master Technician and group bookings of 4+. They reserve dedicated time and are applied directly toward your total.

Master Technician

$50 deposit (applies even with gift certificates)

Group Reservations

4 guests — $100  ·  6 — $150  ·  8 — $200  ·  10+ — $300+

Late Arrivals

Running behind? Call us at (281) 974-2828 so we can hold your spot. There's a 10-minute grace period for most appointments.

After 10 minutes, your service may be modified to fit the remaining time or we may need to reschedule you as a walk-in based on availability.

Grace period may not apply to Master Technician appointments due to fully scheduled days.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Regular appointments: No penalty — just give us 24 hours' notice as a courtesy.

Master Tech & groups (4+): Deposits are forfeited if canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or if the appointment is missed. For groups, deposits are also forfeited if 50% or more of your party arrives 15+ minutes late or doesn't attend.

After 3 consecutive no-shows without notice, a $50 deposit will be required for future bookings.

Emergency no-shows: Life happens — just reach out as soon as possible. We're happy to transfer your deposit when supported by acceptable documentation.

What to Expect During Your Visit

Our Nail Fix Guarantee

We want you to love your nails. If something doesn't look or feel right, call us for a complimentary fix.

Covered:

  • Polish chips within 48 hours
  • Gel/enhancement issues within 7 days (chipping, lifting, application)
  • Breakage from thin application

Not covered: breakage from impact, at-home filing, nail biting, or DIY alterations.

Service Satisfaction

All services are non-refundable, but your satisfaction matters to us. Let your technician know before leaving — or contact us within 7 days and we'll find a solution together.

Children & Guests

Children are welcome — a parent/guardian must stay with them at all times. Kids may only enter service areas when receiving a service. Please keep non-service guests to a minimum.

Service Animals — We welcome service animals as defined by the ADA. We may ask that they remain calm during your visit. Rigorous sanitation is maintained at all times.

Personal Belongings — Please keep items close. Found items are held for 7 days and can be picked up within 3 days of your inquiry. Call (281) 974-2828 if you leave something behind.

Our Commitment to a Respectful Environment — We reserve the right to respectfully decline service in situations involving disruptive behavior, repeated no-shows, health concerns posing risk, non-compliance with policies, or impairment. Our team handles these situations with discretion and care.

Purchasing, Redeeming & Payment Methods

Gift Cards

Available in-store and online for any service. Present your card at checkout.

Online purchases need up to 7 business days to process. In-store cards are ready immediately.

  • All purchases are final — no refunds, reloads, or cash exchange
  • Valid for one year from purchase date
  • Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged
  • May not be resold

Payment Methods

We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Tap Pay, and Gloss gift cards.

We are unable to accept personal checks. Multiple discounts or promotions cannot be combined on a single visit.

Parking

Complimentary valet parking available. Self-parking in our shared lot and nearby street parking also available. Please keep valuables with you — Gloss Nail Bar is not responsible for items left in vehicles.

All tools sterilized between guests. Dedicated on-site cleaning team disinfects every station and high-traffic area.
